     The so-typical path of the lesser would-be poet:

 

     Rural small town.

 

     B.A., English.

 

     Retail Clerk, House Painter,  Carpentry-Repair,  Roofing,  Dishwasher,  Pizza Delivery,

     Furniture Delivery,  Appliance Delivery and Service,  Substitute Teacher.

 

     43 years in manufacturing:  Machinist,  Field Service Technician,  Quality Technician.

      Mills, Drills, Lathes and Grinders, Gear Hobber.

          CNC Operator/Programmer, Certificates for CNC Lathes & Mills, 

          Dimensional, Material and Functional Inspector,  CMM Programmer,  Calibration Coordinator,

          Certified Quality Auditor, Lead Auditor and Instructor.

 

     Retired.

 

     Married, father, grandfather.  Undeterred curmudgeon.
